Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience with substantial healthcare project experience.
• Leading Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with healthcare projects in the $5M–$50M range.
• Senior-level responsibility for operations, clients, financial performance, and team leadership.
• Direct experience with AHCA and Florida healthcare construction requirements.
• Experience delivering projects within occupied and operational healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction, contracting, scheduling, cost management, and project delivery.
• Established relationships within Florida’s healthcare construction market are preferred.
• Must currently reside in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers managing multiple healthcare projects simultaneously.
• Provide executive oversight across projects ranging from $5M to $50M.
• Hold project teams accountable for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client commitments.
• Manage relationships with healthcare systems, facility executives, owners, and industry partners.
• Drive forecasting, cost control, change management, and project profitability across the portfolio.
• Support business development and expansion of existing healthcare client relationships.
• Provide leadership from preconstruction and contracting through construction and closeout.
• Guide teams through AHCA requirements, phasing, occupied facilities, shutdowns, and operational constraints.
• Identify and manage contractual, financial, schedule, and operational risk.
