SL Recruit is seeking a Healthcare Focused Project Manager based in South Florida to lead healthcare projects across South Florida and surrounding areas from inception through completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM for mid-scale commercial builds, with healthcare project experience (occupied spaces, imaging centers, ASC, FSED) and proficiency in Bluebeam or Procore. Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering preferred; strong compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in mid-scale commercial builds or renovations.
• Healthcare projects experience preferred: Occupied spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Competitive base salary, per diem, annual bonus, project bonus, and profit sharing.

Responsabilités

• Lead healthcare project management for projects across South Florida and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and field teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
