We’re partnering with an established South Florida General Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Executive with a strong healthcare construction background.

This is a senior position with responsibility for major healthcare projects, project teams, financial performance and client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who understands the complexities of healthcare construction and has successfully delivered significant projects within hospitals, medical facilities or other complex healthcare environments.

The Role

As Project Executive, you'll provide senior-level oversight across healthcare projects and lead the teams responsible for delivering them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executive oversight of major healthcare construction projects
• Leading Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and project teams
• Maintaining overall responsibility for project financial performance
• Managing budgets, forecasts, schedules and project risk
• Overseeing contracts, change orders and subcontractor performance
