R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Coding Supervisor within the Physician Shared Services organization to lead the Coding Department and support Quality and Compliance initiatives. The role reports to the HIM Coding Ops Manager and focuses on daily operations, workload delegation, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of coding experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and a professional demeanor, with leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of Coding functions including assigning daily work and workflow.
• Meet routine deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve processes and reduce non-compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff and training.
• Maintain professional conduct and positive working relationships.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Liaise with on/offshore counterparts for training and quality questions.
• Attend weekly operations meetings to drive performance excellence.
