Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Coding Supervisor to lead the Physician Shared Services Coding Department in the United States. You will oversee daily operations, assign work, and drive timely, accurate project completion.

You will coach staff, conduct 90‑day and annual evaluations, collaborate with offshore counterparts, and participate in weekly operations meetings to elevate performance and compliance.

This role offers a base pay range and a 5% annual bonus with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Coding functions and assign daily work.
• Meet routine deadlines and coordinate special projects.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve work processes and reduce non-compliance.
• Complete performance evaluations for staff (90‑day and annual).
• Establish relationships with on/offshore counterparts and train staff.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings to drive performance and address client concerns.
