Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Coding functions, assigning daily work and ensuring workflow.
• Meet routine deadlines and manage special projects and duties.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve processes and reduce non-compliance.
• Complete staff performance evaluations including competencies and annual reviews.
• Maintain professional conduct and courteous treatment of others.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Coordinate with on/offshore counterparts and act as liaison for training and quality.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings to drive performance and resolve client issues.
