Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager for the Healthcare & Life Sciences team in the Dallas area.

You will independently own end-to-end customer initiatives, partnering with Global Account Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver outcomes for AWS customers. You will lead strategic cloud opportunities, drive adoption across accounts, and work with enterprise clients to transform their business using GenAI, data platforms, and migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Independent End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Independently own customer initiatives across the full journey—from opportunity identification through delivery and ongoing adoption.
• Large Customer Program Ownership: Implement governance structures for large initiatives and drive cross-workstream alignment.
• Delivery Accountability: Be the steward of business outcomes on initiatives delivered by Professional Services and/or partners.
• Strategic Opportunity Identification & Execution: Identify and drive strategic cloud opportunities—GenAI, migrations, data platforms, and more.
• Accelerate Adoption & Customer Enablement: Drive AWS adoption through enablement, learning events, and hands-on engagement.
• Builder Mindset: Bring a builder mindset and prototype low-complexity solutions with Solutions Architects.
