Zusammenfassung

Old National Bank is seeking a Healthcare Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by building relationships with healthcare industries, owners/operators, developers and centers of influence in the senior living space.

You will maintain credit quality, price loans appropriately, and manage and expand a dedicated healthcare client portfolio, collaborating with underwriters and processing teams to close transactions and deliver superior client service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare, Corporate Sales or Underwriting experience.
• Experience with deals $10MM - $50MM+ in healthcare lending.
• Experience with tax-exempt lending and relationship management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate new loan and deposit business by building relationships with Healthcare industries, owners/operators, developers and centers of influence.
• Maintain credit quality and appropriate loan pricing; portfolio management.
• Structure loan terms and obtain necessary credit approvals.
• Collaborate with underwriters, credit officers, and loan processing teams to close transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of Healthcare Banking clients and expand relationships.
• Use consultative selling to understand client needs and close sales.
