Job summary

Old National Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Healthcare Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business within the healthcare sector, including senior living spaces, by building and expanding client relationships.

You will manage risk, support loan origination, coordinate with underwriters, and collaborate with sales teams to hit aggressive sales goals, while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or HS Diploma/GED with related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare, Corporate Sales or Underwriting experience.
• Experience with deals ranging from $10MM - $50MM+ and healthcare lending.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and OCC procedures.
• Ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Travel may be required.
