Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Senior Healthcare Relationship Manager to drive business development for healthcare clients in a senior advisory capacity. You will collaborate with Commercial RMs, Investment Bankers and product partners to deliver holistic financial solutions and profitable cash management strategies.

You will structure and execute large, complex transactions while maintaining strong asset quality and delivering value to clients and KeyBank.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
5+ years of high performing experience providing financial expertise to healthcare clients.
Experience in relationship management teams with balance of business development and asset quality.
Extensive knowledge of bank products and the healthcare industry.
Proven credit skills, analytical ability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Develops strategies to acquire and grow healthcare clients.
Drives revenue growth through cash management, deposits and cross-sell of products.
Acts as trusted financial advisor and coordinates credit/solutions for clients.
Leads healthcare market initiatives and collaborates with product partners.
Maintains client reviews and identifies opportunities for value-added advice.
Supports enterprise-wide strategic planning for healthcare team.
