Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks an Sr. Architectural Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large commercial, education, healthcare, and community projects.

You’ll mentor junior staff, grow new client relationships, and drive proposals and contract documents from concept to delivery. Required: 12+ years of architectural design and planning, accredited degree, and strong leadership. Proficiency in Revit preferred; SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 12+ years of architectural design and planning experience in core markets.
• Proven project management and supervisory experience.
• Strong client relationship development and maintenance.
• Proficient in Revit; familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam and Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and produce projects for commercial, retail, industrial, and related clients.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior architectural staff.
• Participate in business development pursuits.
• Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.
• Generate work and build long-term client relationships.
