Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Technical Analyst to bridge business needs with technical execution across multiple healthcare domains. You will leverage deep SQL expertise and domain knowledge of Medicaid pharmacy claims processing, NDC pricing, DUR edits, and PA workflows to shape data models and technical specifications.

You will collaborate with BAs and Configuration Analysts, document decisions, validate data structures, and mentor junior analysts while supporting SDLC and Agile

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a technical analyst, data analyst, or healthcare systems analyst role.
• Advanced SQL skills with joins, transformations, and large datasets, including pharmacy claims data.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and data models, including adjudication logic and PA workflows.
• Validate data flows and integration logic across internal systems and external interfaces (NCPDP).
• Mentor junior analysts on data standards, SQL best practices, and documentation.
