Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional to oversee data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.

The role includes owning data logic across multiple vendors and systems, and supporting end-to-end data management used in regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing and financial forecasting. You will lead monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reporting to inform internal performance management, variance analysis, and trend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of technical experience with databases, reporting tools, and/or summary dashboards.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends.
• Must be able to explain variances and enhance modeling techniques.
• Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.
• Own supplemental benefit data logic and data integration across vendors and systems.
• Produce monthly Actual-to-Estimated (A2E) reporting to support performance management and variance reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Support regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting.
