Job summary

Sentara Health Plans is seeking a DSNP Analytics professional to deliver reporting, analytics, and quality initiative support for the clinical line of business. You will develop dashboards, translate operational needs into analytics solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across DSNP and Cardinal operations.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting high-level operational analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare required.
• Experience in project management and analytics required.
• Experience supporting DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations preferred.
• Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivers reporting, analytics, and quality initiative support for DSNP clinical line of business.
• Builds dashboards and reports; identifies data gaps.
• Translates business and clinical needs into analytics solutions.
• Acts as a bridge between clinical operations and IT for analytics.
• Supports pending report enhancements and large-scale program initiatives.
