Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in project management and analytics required.
• Experience supporting DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, enhance and implement reporting, analytics, and quality initiatives.
• Deliver dashboards and reports; translate clinical/operational needs into analytics solutions.
