AdventHealth is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team delivering quality data insights for strategic decisions. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy of analyses, and drive BI standards across departments.

You will work with the Analytics Director to support performance measurement, budget management, and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders. Full-time, day shift in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience communicating complex data to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database tools is required.
• Healthcare analytics experience in a matrix organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and department budgets.
• Recruit, retain, train, and develop staff and analysts.
• Ensure accuracy and detail in staff deliverables and reports.
• Build cross-disciplinary relationships to meet goals.
• Set analytics reporting standards and BI vision for customers.
