Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards for our corporate pharmacy team. You will analyze complex clinical, financial, and administrative data, delivering insights to leadership and ensuring data quality and governance.

You will train analysts and end-users on core analytic tools while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization. This role emphasizes accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities and provides data-driven insights.
• Collaborates with analytics staff to improve analytic products.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and training of analysts.
• Maintains knowledge of business operations and measurement methods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
