Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an analytics leader to supervise a team of analysts responsible for complex data and BI deliverables. You will guide strategic decision-making with rigorous analyses and maintain relationships across clinical and operational stakeholders.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development, and the rollout of performance measurement tools, collaborating with MIS to enhance analytics capabilities and scorecards across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 1+ year in a management role
• 2+ years in data management and information systems (preferred)
• 3+ years in a related analytics position
• Experience with analytics tools and BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships with clinical and operational leaders to provide data and analyses for decision-making.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff and analysts responsible for complex data.
• Participate in business line meetings to interpret measures and drive improvement initiatives.
• Oversee analytic projects and the Performance Measurement system development and QA.
• Manage daily operations and department budgets.
• Recruit, retain and train staff; ensure staff competence.
• Engage with internal customers to manage expectations and priorities.
• Collaborate with MIS resources to support BI tools and scorecards.
