Responsibilities include data integrity checks, budgeting support, staff training, and advanced analytics to guide management decisions. Strong Excel/SQL skills and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute regular reports from Financial and Decision Support systems.
• Perform integrity checks and reconciliations on data.
• Educate and train hospital staff on Financial/Decision Support tools.
• Apply mathematical analysis to validate data reliability.
• Review budget standards/target hours for departments.
• Maintain and set up users in Visionware; manage data interfaces.
• Prepare and distribute labor and supply reports for management.
• Update budget templates and reconcile budget data for presentation.
• Assist with General Ledger questions related to budget variances.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning and Accounting to resolve data issues.
