Zusammenfassung

Twin Health is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead rigorous claims analyses of medical and pharmacy data, apply causal inference methods, and translate results into actionable guidance for executives, clients, and clinical stakeholders.

You will build end-to-end analyses, supervise a team of analysts, collaborate with sales, actuarial, and data teams, and help shape evidence-based program design and cost/outcome insights across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, health economics, biostatistics, or related research.
• Strong grounding in difference-in-differences, matching/weighting, IVs, and regression discontinuity.
• Hands-on with medical and pharmacy claims data and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, NDC).
• Track record of rigorous analysis published or presented externally.
• Proficient in SQL and R or Python; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor for executives and clients.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in analysis workflows.
