Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5 years of work experience beyond degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare analytics and data interpretation.
• Translate financial performance into actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Lead development of analytic frameworks supporting affordability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytic approaches.
• Present findings to executive leaders with clear storytelling and visuals.
