Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving Minnesota and beyond, is seeking a Quality Analytics Healthcare Analyst. You will transform claims, clinical, and provider data into actionable insights that improve STARS, HEDIS, and overall member care outcomes.

You'll partner with Quality, Clinical, Actuarial, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, ensure data quality, and translate complex results into business impact for leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, provider)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics supporting STARS, HEDIS, and provider quality outcomes.
• Translate healthcare data into actionable insights for quality improvement.
• Design dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with Quality, Clinical, Actuarial, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment.
