Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering in cloud-native systems with APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of payer workflows and health-data interoperability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years) or 6+ years if Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead forward-deployed AI programs inside health plans, PBMs, and payer ops.
• Define problems, outcomes, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Architect and govern AI program scope across core admin, claims and clinical platforms.
• Ensure solutions are safe, compliant, and respect PHI safeguards.
• Partner with executives to shape AI reinvention strategy and ROI backlogs.
• Build reusable methodologies and accelerators for scale across engagements.
