Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Health & Well-Being Coordinator to shape and advance a culture of health and well-being for faculty and staff across campuses and remote environments.

You will lead a comprehensive well-being strategy covering physical, mental, financial, social, and preventive well-being, and help navigate university health benefits while partnering with vendors to boost engagement and utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate health and benefits information into clear, engaging communications.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple programs, initiatives, events, and partnerships simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, university stakeholders, healthcare partners, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Shape our well-being strategy by leading annual planning, establishing priorities, and developing measures of success.
• Create programs across mental health, financial wellness, physical activity, nutrition, preventive care, and social connection.
• Connect employees with resources by helping understand and use health benefits and programs.
• Turn data into action by identifying population health trends and opportunities to improve care and engagement.
• Build engagement across campuses and remote locations with wellness champions network.
• Communicate clearly for email, intranet, newsletters, webinars, and other channels.
• Create engaging experiences through wellness challenges, workshops, and campaigns.
• Build partnerships with university stakeholders and external benefit and wellness partners.
• Measure impact by tracking participation and reporting outcomes to executives.
