  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple programs, initiatives, events, and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use participation, engagement, utilization, and other program data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, university stakeholders, healthcare partners, and external vendors.

  • Connect employees with resources by helping faculty and staff understand and effectively use available health benefits, programs, and healthcare resources.
  • Turn data into action by identifying population health trends and opportunities to improve care quality, access, affordability, and employee engagement.
  • Build engagement across our community by developing strategies that reach employees across campuses and remote locations and creating a network of wellness champions.
  • Bring well-being to life through clear, actionable content for email, intranet, newsletters, webinars, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging experiences through wellness challenges, workshops, webinars, campaigns, and other employee-focused events.
  • Build strong partnerships by working closely with university stakeholders and external benefit and wellness partners.

Job Description Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Health & Well-Being Coordinator to help shape and advance a culture of health and well-being for faculty and staff across our campuses and remote work environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, collaborative professional who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful programs, connecting employees with valuable resources, and using data and engagement strategies to make a measurable difference.

The Health & Well-Being Coordinator will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive employee well-being strategy encompassing physical, mental, financial, social, and preventive well-being. The position will also help employees better understand and navigate university-sponsored health benefits and resources while partnering with benefit vendors to increase engagement, improve healthcare utilization, and strengthen the overall employee experience.

  • Experience analyzing population health, benefits utilization, engagement, or program outcome data.

  • Knowledge of emerging practices and trends in employee health, well-being, and benefits engagement.
