EY’s People Consulting team in Health and Welfare is seeking a Senior Analyst to perform actuarial and financial analyses for health and welfare programs. You will support plan design, pricing, and vendor strategy, while mentoring junior staff and delivering client-ready analyses.

You’ll contribute to due diligence, post‑merger integration, and benefit harmonization efforts, with opportunities to engage across US and global clients. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum of three years of work experience.
• Progress toward ASA, FSA, or EA preferred, or equivalent continuing education.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when necessary.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review actuarial and financial analyses for health and welfare programs.
• Review junior staff work and prepare actuarial reports and client deliverables.
• Support plan strategy, funding, and cost management analyses.
• Support vendor strategy, including carrier assessments and RFP processes.
• Assist with health and welfare transactions, due diligence, and post‑merger integration.
