EY’s Health and Welfare actuarial team seeks a Services Manager to deliver comprehensive health and welfare analyses for diverse US and global clients. You’ll lead projects, review work, and guide client engagements with strong technical and consulting skills.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and advise on plan design, funding strategies, and vendor options while upholding EY’s commitment to an inclusive culture and global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Five to ten years of work experience.
• An actuarial certification (ASA, FSA or EA).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• Proficiency with advanced features in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience leading and reviewing health and welfare actuarial analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review actuarial and financial analyses for health and welfare programs, including plan pricing, cost projections, and reserve calculations.
• Review junior staff work, provide coaching, and prepare client deliverables and memoranda.
• Advise clients on H&W plan strategy, design, funding, and vendor considerations.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
• Support vendor strategy, RFP processes, and financial evaluations.
• Lead H&W workstreams for transactions including due diligence and integration.
• Ensure compliance and actuarial analyses for ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related requirements.
• Support client satisfaction with timely responses and collaboration within the team.
