• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum of three years of work experience.
• Demonstrated progress towards an actuarial certification (ASA, FSA or EA) preferred.
• Flexibility to travel and work extra hours when needed.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Prepare and review actuarial and financial analyses for health and welfare programs.
• Review actuarial reports and client deliverables for employee benefit analyses.
• Support H&W plan strategy, funding, cost management, and vendor evaluation.
• Assist with due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger integration tasks.
