Oracle is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs. You will work with functional leaders to shape strategy, define scoping, and drive scalable, global initiatives.

The role includes hiring and mentoring program managers, modeling financials for profitable decisions, and guiding change-management plans. You will measure ROI and impact, partner across teams, and ensure delivery against defined success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.
• Conceptualizes overall strategy and vision for initiatives and programs owned.
• Works closely with functional business leaders to develop effective partnership models for scoping and rolling out programs.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in at least one functional area.
• Works across organizational boundaries to define the bar for program management practices and help teams achieve those goals.
• Guides design and direction of the program components, while aiming at scalability and global reach.
• Hires and mentors Program Managers across the organization.
• Models the financial implication of new programs, designs features, delivery approaches, etc. to enable profitable decisions for the organization.
• Measures the program’s return on investment, impact, and success.
• Develops organizational change-management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders; Conducts stakeholder analysis and considers & proactively addresses the needs of everyone affected by the change.
• Drives change management effectively to ensure the program’s success.
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
• May supervise the activities of others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
