With 3 HSAs and $14M+ in grant allocations, the person will coordinate with clinical, operational, and community leaders to ensure timely funding and adherence to state requirements and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Finance.
• Master’s degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH) or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and fiscal management of the Vermont Blueprint for Health programs.
• Oversee 3 HSAs, grant deliverables, and multi-million-dollar funding allocations.
• Ensure funds flow and state reporting align with organizational goals.
• Build strategic relationships with independent practices and community health leaders.
• Provide planning, evaluation, and decision support for PHSO initiatives.
