Job summary

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Vermont Blueprint for Health to lead the administration, budgeting, and strategic execution of Blueprint programs across three HSAs, with a focus on the Burlington region.

You will partner with operational, clinical, and community leaders to ensure funds flow governance, timely reporting, and alignment with organizational goals, while building relationships with independent practices and evaluating program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare finance, administration, or population health.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and value-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, funds flow governance, and program evaluation.
• Lead strategic planning and operational execution across HSAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent practices and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with state reporting and organizational priorities.
• Provide decision support and performance management insights.
