Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related field preferred.

• Coordinate activities across UVM Health partner hospitals, clinical and operational teams, and community organizations.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and outcome tracking for access initiatives.
• Gather input from patients and partners to identify recurring access challenges and inform improvement efforts.
