Job summary

UVM Health - UVM Medical Center seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Vermont Blueprint for Health initiatives across three HSAs. You will oversee administrative, operational, and fiscal management, including grant allocations of over $14M, budgeting, and funds flow governance.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align Blueprint activities with organizational goals, ensure grant adherence, and support population health and value-based care strategies in Vermont.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, administration, strategic planning, or population health.
• Experience with grant budgeting, funds flow tracking, grant reporting, and operational performance management.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, value-based care models, ACOs, or population health initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with Vermont Blueprint for Health or comparable statewide programs preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and fiscal management of the Vermont Blueprint for Health programs across assigned HSAs, with primary focus in the Burlington region.
• Provide budgeting, funds flow governance, and program evaluation to advance population health and value-based care.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with independent practices and community health leadership to ensure Blueprint adherence and timely funds flow.
• Support operational planning and decision support across the PHSO and drive organizational improvement.
• Ensure Blueprint funding and activities align with organizational goals and state requirements.
