Integrated Real Estate Group in Texas is seeking a Director of Health Services to oversee nursing and supportive services within our Assisted Living communities. You will hire, train, and manage nursing staff, ensure 24-hour coverage, and maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes care planning, resident coordination, staff development, budget oversight, and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license valid in Texas.
• Minimum 2+ years in geriatric nursing, plus nursing admin experience.
• Strong proficiency with electronic health records and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and manage nursing and supportive services for Assisted Living and Extended Care.
• Ensure 24-hour coverage and compliance with HIPAA and all regulations.
• Lead staffing, training, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate resident care, engage with families and external providers.
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and staff licensing compliance.
