ESFM is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to uphold a safety-first culture in Salt Lake City and oversee regulatory compliance across Compass and Eurest operations. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, training, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize injuries and costs.

The Senior Safety Manager will lead safety initiatives, analyze injury data, and work closely with operational leaders. Travel and stakeholder engagement are essential to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and workers’ compensation processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety initiatives and coach managers and frontline employees.
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze injury and claims data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with risk management to strengthen loss prevention programs.
• Deliver safety training and lead safety meetings.
