Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Safety Manager for our Houston, TX account. You will oversee site safety, enforce QA standards, and lead safety initiatives to protect clients and employees.

Responsibilities include training staff, implementing safety policies, and conducting inspections. A college degree and 4 years of industry experience are preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Job Summary:

The SAFETY MANAGER is responsible for site safety. Accountable for the overall safety behaviors of the account. Operates the department in accordance with the approved Quality Assurance standards and Loss Prevention methods, while providing the Client with a safety first facility.
