Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership for health, safety, and environmental compliance across the organization. You will train, implement, and monitor safety programs to protect employees, guests, and partners while reducing claims and lost-time injuries.

This role reports to senior leadership and emphasizes continuous improvement. Responsibilities include incident investigations, regulatory compliance, safety training, audits, and collaboration with local units to

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety management in high-volume hospitality or multi-unit environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local health department regulations.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience with workers' compensation management and claim reduction strategies.
• Ability to design and deliver safety training and foster a proactive safety culture across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and allergen control protocols in line with health regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce safety policies aligning with OSHA, EPA, and local rules.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend fixes.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and management.
• Track safety KPIs, analyze trends, and report improvements to leadership.
• Provide safety and workers' compensation support to local units to reduce claims.
