Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects remotely from within eligible U.S. locations. You will manage multi-discipline teams, deliverables, and budgets while reporting to the PMO Manager and coordinating with principal investigators and funders.

Requirements include a related bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent, and a track record of supervising large teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with extensive project management experience

• Health services or public health research background

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and forecast quarterly updates.
• Negotiate resources with managers and principal investigators.
• Coordinate with project staff to ensure progress on plans.
• Prepare project-related products and reports and ensure quality.
• Serve as liaison to client or funding agency leadership.
• Provide regular progress and budget reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist Senior Contracts Manager with contracts and scopes of work.
• Contribute to strategic program discussions and PMO initiatives.
• Develop project management standards with PMO leadership.
• Lead proposal projects and ensure requirements are met for submissions.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
