Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Quality Coordinator to monitor CMS STARS and HEDIS measures, conduct patient outreach, and partner with center leadership to drive quality improvements across a multi-site outpatient senior-focused practice.

The role involves medical record reviews, coordinating with teams, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while pursuing gap closures. Prior MA experience, EMR familiarity, and MS Office proficiency are essential; CMS STARS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and pursue CMS STARS HEDIS measures.
• Conduct patient outreach to close quality gaps.
• Review medical records and document Focus On Care measures.
• Request and upload records to EMR system.
• Schedule and perform in-center screenings; coordinate with centers.
• Meet with Market Leaders to review progress and strategy.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and compliant documentation.
