Job Summary: The Market Quality Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring and pursuit of CMS STARS HEDIS measures, conducting patient outreach calls, and partnering with center leadership and teams to achieve STARS and HEDIS goals. This role serves as part of the market operations team, working across many payors within a single market in an outpatient senior-focused primary care setting.
