Job summary

County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified candidates for Emergency Health Program Analyst III to help address homelessness and related health and housing needs. The role involves leading program development, cross-agency collaboration, and contract oversight during the emergency period.

Qualifications

• Option I: Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to the core business function; five years of analysis experience in mental health/public health/homelessness programs, two years at Health Program Analyst II.
• Option II: Seven years of analysis experience in mental health/public health/homelessness programs, two years at Health Program Analyst II.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates health, behavioral health, housing, and supportive service initiatives; coordinates program goals and improvements.
• Leads coordination among public agencies, private and nonprofit organizations to meet target population needs and deliver integrated services.
• Reviews program activities and contracts; analyzes data and recommends policy or operational improvements.
• Supervises staff, delivers training, and develops guidance to support program implementation.
