Job summary

One Medical is seeking an Operations Manager to transform primary care delivery at a Senior Health location in Hyannis, MA. You’ll oversee office teams, including administrative staff and phlebotomists, while partnering with clinical leadership to guide providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

This full-time, in-person role emphasizes Lean process improvement, budgeting, talent development, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing high-performing customer service or patient-facing teams.
• At least 1 year managing multiple locations or large teams (10+ staff).
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven problem-solving.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and accountability.
• Experience developing talent through coaching, mentorship and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead office teams using CICARE and Lean to meet patient and team experience goals.
• Drive operational, financial, and lab operations performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean metrics.
• Develop team through onboarding, training, coaching, and career development.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership on quality outcomes, safety, and compliance.
• Drive strategic growth through cross-functional collaboration and new office launches.
• Manage practice expenses, procurement, and budget while reducing waste.
• Oversee administrative functions including escalations and provider scheduling.
