Job summary

HealthStream is seeking an experienced Consultant to support healthcare organizations using our SaaS platform, serving as SME for Peer Review/PPE, including clinical privileging, FPPE, OPPE, and case review workflows.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PPE, nursing or healthcare quality, regulatory knowledge, and will collaborate with medical staff offices, quality teams, and product stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement; travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Peer Review/PPE processes.
• 7+ years’ industry experience in Peer Review/PPE.
• CPHQ/CPCS/CPMSM preferred.
• Travel up to 30% is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical solutions consultant and SME for Peer Review/PPE within the SaaS platform.
• Assist healthcare clients with workflow design, implementation, and optimization of PPE programs.
• Interpret and apply regulatory/ accreditation standards (CMS, TJC, DNV, AAAHC, ACHC).
• Develop documentation and best-practice guides for workflows and training materials.
• Participate in client meetings, implementation calls, and strategic advisory sessions.
