Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of contract analysis experience.

• Experience interpreting contracts and benefit documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for large employer groups and accounts.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for employer groups, brokers, and internal teams.
• Conduct kickoff and status meetings; ensure documentation and configurations are complete.
• Identify design variances and operational impacts; drive process improvements.
