Job summary

Health Plans, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Contract Specialist to lead the end-to-end development and management of client Administrative Services Agreements (ASAs) and related documents.

The role requires independent judgment to ensure timely, accurate contract delivery aligned with company priorities. The position drives process improvement, standardization, and compliance in collaboration with Compliance leadership and partners across Client Services, Sales, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of contract management and/or compliance experience, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits administration.
• Experience with ASAs and related contractual frameworks; strong regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ASA lifecycle: drafting, revision, execution, and ongoing management of ASAs and amendments.
• Ensure timely drafting and issuance of ASA contracts to internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain contract governance standards for consistency, compliance, and alignment with objectives.
• Draft customized ASA terms from templates for client-specific terms and services.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and lead template standardization efforts across lines of business.
• Oversee tracking and reporting of contract status, turnaround times, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Compliance, and external partners to resolve contract-related issues.
