Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah seeks a Senior Contract Manager - Sales to lead end-to-end implementation for large employer groups, analyzing SPD, SBC, ASA, and related documents to ensure accurate plan design and operational readiness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and brokers to develop detailed project plans, manage documentation, and translate contractual requirements into processes that prevent delays and ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing contracts and contract language.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation for large employer groups.
• Develop and manage implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as primary implementation contact for employer groups, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct kickoff and status meetings with clients and project teams.
• Ensure completion of documentation, contracts, and benefit configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors and improve satisfaction.
