Job summary

vTech Solution seeks a seasoned Project Manager 3 to plan, budget, oversee, and document complex engagements in Health Care Insurance Systems, including work with Texas HHS. You will lead software teams, drive Agile SAFe practices, and ensure successful delivery through formal documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires strong budgeting, UAT coordination, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, with a preference for PMP certification and government health care experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe.
• Budget planning and cost control experience.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance systems like CMBHS.
• Azure DevOps proficiency.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Oversee technical software development staff and customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
• Utilize Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies to guide project execution.
• Prepare project budgets and manage financial resources effectively.
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing phases.
• Document project requirements, business process mapping, and business analysis.
• Employ Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
• Develop formal Business Case and Project Charter documents (preferred).
