Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 Project Manager 3 to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience, PMP certification, and strong experience with Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, UAT, and SAFe/Agile methodologies is preferred, with experience leading cross-functional teams and product-IT alignment within a government context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management with PMP certification.
• Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe.
• Preparation of project budgets.
• Management of technical software development staff.
• Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team.
• Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS.
• Utilization of Azure DevOps.
• Experience in management of User Acceptance Testing.
• In PPM systems.
• Preferred: Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter.
