Job summary

vTech Solution seeks a Senior Project Manager - Expert to lead complex health IT and Medicaid projects across finance, contracts, staffing, and external communications.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and state agencies to align with program priorities, using formal PM methodologies. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and reporting are essential for project success and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of Medicaid or health IT project management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated master schedules and budgets.
• Strong vendor management and contract deliverables knowledge.
• Experience leading waterfall, agile, or hybrid projects.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workday, Monday.com).
• Minimum 7 years applying finance, contracts, staffing, and communications in PM.
• Minimum 7 years overseeing vendor implementations.
• Minimum 5 years creating integrated project plans & managing scope.
