Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems and HIM applications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HIM functions including document imaging (prep, scan, index, quality review).
• Analyze medical records for completeness; manage deficiencies per regulatory rules.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues and maintain Master Patient Index accuracy.
• Process and reconcile rejected orders and support provider completion workflows.
• Support and process ROI requests in compliance with standards.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
